Air Recovery Units

Exchanger plates are constructed from high purity aluminium, which are spaced at no closer than 3 mm apart to form an assembly of parallel passages.

The supply and exhaust air streams pass alternately in a cross-flow configuration and are designed to operate at pressures of up to 1200 Pa without deformation.

The exchanger block is constructed to ensure a positive seal between airstreams, removing the opportunity of cross-contamination between exhaust and supply air.

The block is housed in a strong durable casing and protective finishes or alternative plate material can be used where the nature of the air content dictates its usage.
