Stainless Steel Canopies

Canopies can be fabricated in a variety of metals, although stainless steel is now the accepted material for equipment throughout the food industry. The finish can vary from the standard brush finish, internally and externally, through satin, mirror, dull polish and the aesthetically pleasing circle polish employed where the canopy is to be a central feature.

All canopies are provided with a channel surround incorporating crush folded edges offering a smooth finish. All joints are kept to a minimum to ensure maximum uninterrupted wipeable surfaces and vertical joints are enclosed in an easy clean profile which doubly acts to conceal fixings, and are finally finished with a suitable sealant.

All models are available in various configurations either island, wall or equipment mounted, shaped or vertical valance, with or without integral lighting and integral make-up air or stand-alone make-up air system.

Reinforced fixture points are provided for installation to ceiling and walls, and where appropriate, the top of the canopy is spanned with reinforcing rails to prevent deflection of the canopy assembly. For wall canopies, further fixings may be used through the rear panel. All weights are given for consideration by the structural engineers if required.
