Compressor Guards

A succession of orders for refrigeration compressor guards led us to develop a modular system that will allow standard panel sizes and doors be used for any size of compound required. All have a powder coated finish and can be supplied and fitted or delivered to site for self-assembly.

Radiator Covers

A range of covers produced from wire mesh or punched panels are manufactured to order.

Bespoke Products Specialist Extract

A specific example of this is when we were called upon to design a dye house extract system. Extract rates to remove the steam from the dye vessels were unknown and test rigs were set up to quantify the extract rate.

The ductwork was manufactured in a suitable grade stainless steel and all joints were made to ensure condensation remained inside the ductwork and drained to an outlet. Centrifugal stainless steel extract fans were commissioned and attenuators fitted to ensure acceptable noise levels to neighbouring property.
